Reiki Reading

Reiki is a form of energy healing which helps bring peace and balance to all levels of the body, mind and spirit. Originating in Japan, the word Reiki comes from Rei which means ‘Universal Life’ and ‘Ki’ which means energy. During this 15 minute session, a person’s ki is read to ensure it is strong and free flowing.  If the energy is weak or blocked Reiki and/or essential oils may be ‘applied’ to the area.

Sharing circles were an essential part of the oral tradition of Aboriginal communities. Traditional Native Feather Wands or Talking Sticks were passed around the Elders, families, friends and other community members who shared stories about what their lives were like, why they did things certain ways and to share their wisdom. Aroma Day Sharing Circle gives us the opportunity to speak from the heart, voice our inner thoughts and share our experiences, successes and the challenges we face in a supportive oily environment.

Inner Breath Meditation 

The traditional name for this meditation practice is Anapanasati. This word simply means mindfulness (sati) of breathing (pana) in and out. During this breathing meditation, you will focus on your breath. This will help calm your mind and relax your body. Each month Inner Breath Meditation incorporates the use of  a different essential oil or blend.

A series of information workshops highlighting how to create a clean green lifestyle and reduce your exposure to harmful chemicals.  Each month this information session focuses on a different topic with different guest speakers. Most sessions include the opportunity to mix/make/try a product and/or take a sample home.
